very relaxed, like talking to friends. bring as much work as you can! they ask you details about the work you have done, very intense portfolio review if you are going for the creative side. dress well but dont wear a suit or kahkis, thats too nice! All creative directors were present, know your music knowledge and have a background with creative concept generation.
