I had a simple interview process with HR and tech team. They asked simple questions about myself and Java questions. I managed to answer them easily. The most difficult part about the interview is having 2 different interviews with Mirsis and the company they provide consultation. The interviews were pretty different but easy.

2. Technical interview with the technical team
3. Technical interview with a customer
4. Offer
It is not that hard to pass the interviews. You only need to have basic knowledge about programming. You'll probably assigned for a project which is using Java as a programming language.
