I generally conduct all initial interviews. I then determine if I will present the candidate to the department head or interviewing manager. If the manager is interested in the candidate, I present the candidate to the Group Vice President. At that time we discuss on how we want to proceed. All offers are contingent on a successful background check and a substance screening.
