Group interview. After an intro to the management team and a learning more about the brand - We had to introduce ourselves with our name, interesting fact, what item of clothing we would be and 3 words to describe the brand. - We had to pick the next '#babeofmissguided' whether they were dead or alive. Rihanna or the Kardashian/Jenners were a nono. - We then had to take a missguided style selfie and come up with a fitting hashtag. -After that we spoke about the best friend experience and how it works well with business. - We then had to talk about 3 P's (being Place, Product and People), this related to stores we thought had good/bad product, service and people. 1-1. - We then had 1-1 interviews were a member of senior management looked over our cv's asked us about our past experience, customer service, etc. Found out I got the job the same day.

-relaxed i think too relaxed,management were swearing and encouraged it which made it seem like it's how the working environment will be -involved activities -people got contacted the same day and given their hours . They said they would get back but they didn't considering my time spent on this process -over 60 people in session

Group Interview - was pretty impersonal and didn't get a lot of feedback from the interviewers. Was told we would receive an email the following week letting us know if we did or not get the job. its now been 2 weeks and heard nothing ..
