Interview process was very quick after applying online. Very easy going interview everything just flowed naturally. Towards the end of the voom interview it became apparent that the company cannot offer the hybrid working I want. I definitely think the business group/owners should re-think the flexibility on hybrid working as the talent pool is really reduced to local areas around the office.
