It was very smooth and welcoming. They were very upfront with the expectations and the demands of the position. I was able to meet 2 executives and a former support person that held the position I was interviewing for. I felt very informed when I left the interview. I believe the folks I interviewed with were intent on informing me of the good and the bad of the position. It will help me make a decision about the position
