Warm & fuzzy just me providing 8 one-way recorded video answers (3 min. max) to questions printed and presented on a computer screen. Never got any feedback just an email Thanks; but No Thanks! Not really sure whether the submission was reviewed by a human or a machine algorithm. If this is the future of healthcare - my advice DON"T get sick.
Thanks for the feedback. Some departments and managers do utilize a tool called "Hire View" to assist in applicant screening, and those are reviewed by hiring managers to determine next steps. Thanks!
