The payroll manager made time for me early in the morning to interview me, which I thought was very courteous. He knew I had to get to work after the interview so he asked questions, wrote everything down, asked if I had questions and I was on my way. I was asked to come back for a second interview, which was with the Payroll Manager, HR Manager and Payroll Supervisor.
