What they don’t tell you in the interview is that the hours are odd - 9-5:30 with a half hour break. This really isn’t standard. Then HR will tell you at your onboarding and then smile while saying a VERY toxic line - “if you’d like to end at 5 just skip your lunch hour altogether”. Big red flag.
