I applied online in Mitchell careers and there were 4 rounds of interview. First round was HR asking about general questions about your resume and salary expectations. Second round was a a technical interview on phone for 30-45 minutes asking basic OOPs concepts and work experience. Later I was given a coding challenge question and 2 days time to send back the solution. And the last round was Skype/Face to Face depends on your current location and their availability. The last round was lasted for 3 hours, which had an interaction with company directors and senior software engineers, QA team. It was purely technical and they will dig more into your work experience.

3 rounds. First round was a phone interview with the manager. Few technical questions and few resume related questions. 2nd round was 2 homework assignments one on OOAD and one on coding. They gave me a week time for submission. Last round should be an onsite. But because I was in Dallas they asked me for a skype interview for 2 hours. They made me feel very comfortable. They were really cool. There was a general talk with 2 higher officials followed by a technical 1 hour interview with 2 developers and a little talk with the manager at the end. They asked me all kind of easy to moderate to difficult questions and also some programming questions. Over all, the interview was really good as they made me comfortable throughout the process. The next day I got an acceptance and the following day I got the offer letter. I was expecting a moderate package. But, they offered me a nice package. There was no need to negotiate. The manager and the senior staff are really good.
