Three interviews and then ghosted. I interviewed first with a recruiter who was very responsive for part of the interview process, then second interview was a phone screen with the HR person and then a third interview was in person on a Tuesday at their San Diego office with the HR person and the Chief Legal Officer. In person interview went great and flowed smoothly. At the end of the interview they asked me to send them my availability for the rest of the week to speak with the CEO. I sent my availability as soon as I got home and cc'd the recruiter. Crickets after. I followed up with both the HR women and Recruiter that Friday and gave them my availability for the following week since we weren't able to connect that week.. Crickets again. They completed ghosted me (both the recruiter and HR). Says a lot about what type of company they are.
