A phone screen, followed by in person interview with the Director. If you passed the Director interview, you were provided with an opportunity to take an assessment that was a combination of different skill sets from explaining policy to completing reconciliation for a billing cycle. Total time was approximately 3 hrs. No internet access is allowed.
