Phone Interview, answer questions concerning past experience. A second interview was then scheduled for personal visit to Nagoya, Japan. There were actually eight separate interviews during the course of the visit to Japan. The object at the time was to allow each of the senior leaders an opportunity to meet and spend 30-45 minutes in conversation.
