The interview process was very easy and personable. The HR department did a fantastic job coordinating via long-distance and made it enjoyable to visit. The operations manager gave the plant tour and introduced everyone as well.

Phone Screen after 2 weeks of applying then on-site interview after 3 weeks. It took 3 weeks to offer. The offer came through the phone first then the real offer documentation came through the email then I had to fill it up and send it back to them with start date.
