Interview was done with HR and Hiring Manager. HR doesn't have much understanding of the role I applied for. Questions posed by HR lacked clarity and was generally unnatural. Very clear she had no idea what the job required. The office also gave off traditional SME vibes for a large organisation.

met with hr and direct report for two rounds of interview. fairly standard process. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
Good process and questions. Attention to detail in employee search. Hiring managers are well educated and ask good questions. Interview done virtually over Microsoft team. 2 interview minimum in hiring process
