Mobikwik HR call me for in-person interview at Gurgaon. He said there will be one F2F round and one machine coding round. 1st Round : A simple problem followed by some java and spring questions. After 1st round HR said it was your last round. 2nd Round : It was not a machine round as said by HR. He said I don't know the interview process and tech team decides itself all rounds. I gave the interview and it was a simple one once again. Easy problem asked by interviewer. Even for 1 Q he didn't put a question clearly. He was itself not confident to take the interview. After 2nd round HR said one more round will be there. Then I said that you previously said it was my last round. Then he said he had no idea about this, Technical Team decides itself. I asked who gonna take my last round. He said he don't know. 3rd Round (Last Round): (It was taken by their CTO and HR said I don't know who is going to take your last round). He asked Why do want to switch the company and all stuff. Then give me a problem to solve which I solved it. He then asked I have a meeting and have to go for it. And also said that he will have to take result of first 2 round and then decides accordingly. After 3 working days, I mail to HR about feedback. When he didn't reply I called him and He said : I didn't take feedback and need some time to take feedback and update you. Next min, he reply that you were not shortlisted the other day. I was shocked. My all round went pretty well. I called him and this some some other person pick up the phone and said whatever you want to say mail him and cut the phone. I asked the reason but no reply. After some time he called me and said : You didn't click for our CTO. CTO said you were not excited. What's that? I answer all of your questions correctly. And I came from 70 KMs to Gurgaon and that too in poorly crowed Metro Train and you said that you didn't click for CTO after answer all question correctly. Your CTO want me to be excited about What? PS : I think they are not ready for my ECTC and when I clear their rounds pretty easily they have no reason for negotiating. That's why they apply this tactic. AND THAT'S WHY THEIR WALLET IS NOT WORKING SINCE TODAY MOURNING :D
