The interview was vague, submitted my resumes only to realize that the interviewer never took time to review it nor had he touched the enclosed attachments of my qualification. just hired me simply out of the blues and thus the poor salary allocation.

I do not understand why but the interviewer kept on insisting to know more about my family, from my point of view the intentions were not entirely work oriented but for personal interests.
