First interview was with department manager and team leaders. Second interview included peer interview with team leader, 3 social workers and 2 nurse case managers. Standard interview questions. Nothing strange or unusual. Shadowed a case manager for about an hour after second interview.

Easy interview process, but it took several weeks before an offer was made. I was able to interview with the team I work with now. They pay more than the other two local hospitals for the same position.
