There is no HR interview for me....they just gave me a topic and told me to do instructional design.
They need lot of staf to increase their production and currently they are seeking too so, it's definitely worth a try
Probability for selecting is high hr interview process is quite manageable but one need to clear those first two round to get

Asked basic manual testing questions. Like test case, bugs reporting etc
I worked here nearly 3 months. Let everything is okay the lop depends on our behaviors. Then there's no developing knowledge like as a manual tester you should handle unwanted stuff from smo works. U should not learn anything about the automation tool by your own also. Even they won't allow u too listen music for peace. Micro management. Always should obey our leads. I basic thing my lead as a tester he don't know anything about it. Chumma scolding others and give some irrelevant worka to do. Many concern salary will be credited accordingly with lop bad biometrics too....
