Internal recruiter called me for a open position in this company. I had around 30mns discussion with her about my role. clearly explained about my Compensation and other details as well and they are fine with the same. Immediate week I received a call from local HR manager and scheduled for an On-site loop and followed by a Skype call from VP in US. After week I got an email mentioning I have cleared all rounds of discussions and asked to my share my Payslips and other details. It was almost 20days back after that the recruiter stopped answering my calls nor emails and I have no clue about the status. I am terribly disappointed with the way how they treat a candidate and if you are not in position to offer also that should be communicated to the candidates in a proper way. No one will give interview for FUN
