I applied online and some recruiter from US contacted me and asked for a interview schedule over skype.The Hiring manager called me over Skype and interviewed me asking a few technical questions and also code them over online collaboration tool . I answered the questions fairly well with almost 80% accuracy. She then asked me if I am looking for lead engineer only or open for sr. engineer to which I replied no to sr engr position . Now she told there will be one more round over Skype in next working day and she is scheduling it right now .I waited for that call that day but no one called.Further there was no zero communication. It was complete waste of time.I heard they have done the same with other candidates also.
