3 round interview process. I had the first and second, was ghosted after the second by the hiring manager herself. I sent an email to follow up, no response. I called the following day, she stated she saw my email and had forgetten to reply.. but that I would be receiving an interview invite to the 3rd interview within 45 minutes. I never received anything, I had reached out two times after that and was completely ignored. I never received an update or even a standard decline email from the automated emails sent through the ATS. I was ignored by the hiring manager herself.... very unprofessional. The candidate experience is every applicants first impression of the company and its culture, this hiring manager provided a very negative experience for me. Do better.
