I was initially contacted by a recruiter over e-mail. After we talked over the phone, he set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The call went so well that the hiring manager also asked another team member to talk to me. The hiring me invited me on-site a few days later. I met with the hiring manager and four other people during the on-site interview. It generally wasn't too difficult and involved only one coding question. The recruiter contacted me later that day and asked for two references and my desired compensation. I didn't hear back for a while and decided to give the hiring manager a call. It wasn't long before I received an offer, which I accepted.
