Colloquio
The interview process is very easy and comfortable. First, an interviewer contacts you for the initial interview. They ask you simple questions then they tell you about the position and the project and what you'll be doing/using. They tell you the pay rate and ask if you accept. The entire interview is only 10-15 minutes. If all is well, they set you up for an interview with the project manager. It is pretty much the same as the initial interview. If all goes well, you sign your docs and start orientation.

We always have nice communication and are very straight to the point when doing project interviews, we never lose playfulness while being serious with work-related questions. I felt very at ease.

Colloquio
After sending the application, in a maximum of a week, you receive an email from the recruiter for a first phone screen interview to book through google meet. You choose your own date and time based on the availability offered. The next step is an interview with the Project Manager with a potential possibility to be hired.

They ask about your background, they talk about the project and why you think you could be a good fit for the role
