I applied for Moda and after an associate from the company viewed my linked in profile, I was called in for an interview. I have years of experience in pharmacy and the interview was casual and went well.

Long, had two separate interviews both people who had interviewed me, interviewed me separately. Roughly, both were 15 minutes late. I started with a typing test, I believe the minimum is about 30 wpm. They had me type a letter about Moda which was helpful in the interview later on when I had to elaborate why I wanted to work there and what values I found in the company. Also, Moda used to be ODS health, I'd recommend researching about ODS prior to your interview. If you like to work entirely from a manual, then this job is for you. For me, I value the quality of my work and like to ask questions. They do not have the patience to answer your questions once you get hired on and often I found myself chat messaging other coworkers just to make sure I was doing my work correctly.
