There is three different interviews: first with Front Desk coordinator, second with Chief HR Officer, last interview is panel style with the Marketing team (Design Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, Graphic Designer, Copywriter)

Short phone screening interview (with someone not in the design department) then called back a few days later for a one on one online interview with me and the design hiring manager via Microsoft Teams
