I applied online , then a week later got an email to set up a date for an interview. It took a while because the date we set had set for the interview could happened because of an unexpected snow storm , then after the storm he went on vacation so i got an interview 2 weeks after my initial email. I thought the interview went well , i felt like me and my interviewer really clicked . He was laid back and made the whole interview process feel like it was just a conversation. Question that we’re asked are based on your current or last positions, your basic interview questions. Nothing crazy. Apparently, he didn’t find me fit for the job because i never heard back from him again telling me wether or not i got the job, even after me emailing him for an update. So unprofessional to just leave someone hanging.

Basic questions like why would I be a good fit for the company. Had two interviews. One with HR and then with the DM. Complete waste of time. Never heard back from anyone and very unprofessional. The break room was literally a small closet. The lack of communication and long time it took to get a yes or no answer was the issue. Nothing but time spent on a mediocre position.
