Three phases in total, First with recruiting Manager then with District Manager then last step with. Each step took about 30 min and was fairly easy. Was called with an offer in about 2 weeks from start of process.

easy going but detailed- they asked a lot of business related questions followed up by my knowledge of sports. They were open and honest about the concept of the company and what was expected of the employees. Most employees have been with the company for a longer than normal time frame which was an indication that it was a good company to consider working for.

Apply online, received a call from manager, spend 20 min with manager and 2 days later I was hired with a joke offer, i declined but they offer me more. Waist of time
