I applied in person handing my resume to a manager, he told me he'd contact me by phone later that week. They never got back, so I had to call, he said he forgot and scheduled an interview the next week. Interviewed in a broom closet, asked generic questions, "what is your strengths/weaknesses?" Asked what I looked for in a job environment, got hired on the spot, filled paperwork, was assigned hours that week.

Easy simple got the job that day wasn't very hard. They asked me basic questions and that was it. Fairly simple. I met with the manager and got the job on the spot.

It was a normal process. I was interviewed by several people over a few days. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The whole process wasn't too stressful.
