Big time pyramid scheme alert!!! Everything in the initial online interview was vague and then was invited for an "in-person interview" at 8AM (they didn't even give me an option of a different time) and was asked to bring a notebook and pen (...okay?) and to "dress professionally". They also never mentioned anything in my resume which should have been a big red flag looking back at it. Once I showed up to the in-person interview I saw a group of people chanting and clapping and quickly realized that this was some type of scam so I left right away. The "office" building was also really sketchy and worn down and didn't look like a legitimate business place. Don't waste your time. Seems like they target people with no experience and make big false claims.

Casual conversation giving some background about how I got to this place, what are three traits I look for in a leader, and then interviewer proceeds to explain the schedule and pay structure. Everything about the interview seems super scripted and tried to make it sound like we have such a great opportunity to earn lots of money in a few months which may seem like a good gig but in reality it is all a lie.

There are three/four interviews. You receive correspondence via text or email for a quick zoom call. Other candidates are also on the call. You learn a bit about the company and answer basic interview questions. Second zoom call is one on one with a trainer at the company. Third call, they typically know if they want you, ask follow-up questions or for another interview, or they tell you they don't want you.

The interviewer named three non-negotiable traits important to them. You tell them what's your strongest and weakest out of the list.
Thank you again for the thoughtful responses you shared during the interview process. Your ability to articulate your strengths—especially your student mentality—and your openness about areas you’re working to improve really stood out. We appreciated your analogy about being a “rabbit” and how you're actively building more consistency through scheduling and accountability. That kind of mindset is a strong foundation for success here. If you’ve already started with us, we’re excited to see how you grow, and if not, we’re confident you’re well on your way to making a strong impact wherever you land.
