The process consist of three days, the fisrt day is group dynamics and it´s extremelly nice. Enjoy the flow. If you receive the invite for the next phase it will have the technical exam (performance, weight and balance and regulations), after a technical interview with Chief Pilot and Director of Operations, than the psychological exams, this is the end of the first day and it´s extremely exhausting. The second day consist of talking if psychologists that will made a review and give you a feedback of what he/she sees. Again, enjoy the experience in receiving the review, because this one of the first company that have that.
