I received an invitation for an HR screening, but the interviewer arrived 20 minutes late without prior notice. During the call, we discussed my experience, and I was explicitly told that the next step would be scheduling a Technical Interview. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after that. I sent follow-up email but received absolutely no response. In all my years of interviewing, this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Disappointing interview process.

I initially applied in the portal and was given an online assessment consisting of puzzles and challenges. After that, I was asked to do a technical interview. Finally, there was a final round, consisting of two technical interviews and one behavioral.
