First round was with a person who has just 3.7 years of experience. Seriously? His questions were simple and answered most of them. Asked move zeros to the end in a 0/1 array. Still they rejected me. I really dont mind getting rejected but atleast they should keep interviewer who has more experience. Keeping a junior interviewer with just 3+ yrs exp guy their ego might not agree with the interviewee. They expected bookish answers. In no sense they are testing problem solving skills. Maybe that was my luck to encounter such interviewer, however I can't generalize. But after my research I can say it's a nice organization to grow in terms of skills set. I was so eager to join but unfortunately had a bad day.
