The initial phone interview was a general screening to discuss my background and interest. The second phone interview was conducted with the onsite HR manager. Feedback was given within 2-3 weeks.

The interview with the Modis recruiter was relaxed. It was a 10-15 minute interview for a contract role. Nothing technical- mostly logistic questions with a couple of personality-based questions. They mostly seem to look for your work ethic.
