Super easy. Was contacted via text by the CEO who set up a brief video call with me, and he then sent me a link to a personality test. As soon as I got the results to him, same day, he coordinated scheduling an in-person interview with him and his second in command. The interview was great and they hired me on the spot!

For my particular role they wanted to check and recheck with me to make sure that I considered myself an extrovert versus an introvert. They wanted an extrovert because a person with that type of personality gains energy from being around other people. Introverts are drained after being around other people. I assured them I was an extrovert and my personality test confirmed it.
