Process was real straight forward. Was a smaller company when I was hired on initially but has grown since. I interviewed with manager directly which was a good thing. They overlooked my lack of experience and looked more at my character and personality.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn to schedule a Zoom interview with two of their employees. I did so and had the Zoom interview. I believe it went well and two days later they reached out again through LinkedIn to have a follow up interview. I scheduled that interview and waited. I never heard back from them. I set time out of my day for that second interview only to be ghosted. If a company decides that no longer need a follow up interview they should at least let the interviewees know.
