The interview process was as followed: one phone call to confirm on a time for a video call interview and then I had the video call with a recruiter who asked me during the interview if I would like to continue for another interview with the sales director, I had agreed to continue but she never sent me any email for a time and place, so I had to get back to her and ask, she then scheduled the interview. During the second round things went well however the person in front of me was not very professional (he could not manage to set up a Skype business call and for that we had to waste 15 minutes) in the middle of the call his laptop turned off and we had to continue by phone (very unprofessional) anyway after the call he had told me that he likes my personality etc and would like to contact me the following Monday for the next and final step. He never contacted me, I waited over two weeks and had already conducted other interview and got an offer and accepted it in the meantime still never heard from them. The recruitment process was not the smoothest, the so called sales manager was clearly not professional and if there is one things that tarnished a company’s reputation is the non respect of deadlines you give to your candidates!
