Initial phone interview was done by the secretary/HR person. All standard Java, HTML and XML technical questions. The second interview was at their office and included standard technical questions from a software engineer, experience questions from a Program Manager, an informal lunch with the president, and final long presentation by the financial officer which will give you a lot of details as to how solid the company is, benefits, etc. The interviews were not drills, but more conversations to try to gauge how much one knows. Overall a very positive experience. Looks like a great informal company to work for and you can see they are very passionate about what they do. Overall many standard technical questions that can be found on the Internet. I did not get tested with a code analysis question, but it looked like they normally do it (e.g. tell me what's wrong with this code, or something like that).
