HR phone interview first to see if i was a good match. In person interview with management to see if i was a good fit for the research study that they were hiring for at the time,then interview with team members to see if our chemistry and how we would work together
Two rounds: HR screen + Panel interview Simple/average, mostly based on resume and direct relation to resume. Know resume really well and job description and your 'why' -- overall not a super long process

Colloquio
2 parts: 1) meet with HR and discuss benefits, programs, etc. 2) actual interview. Questions were good, engaging and manager was present. The interview was only 30 min--do wish they were a bit longer and encouraged more questions. Come prepared with questions about the position and ask them early!
It took me 9 applications over 4 months to land a job with Moffitt.
