I initially had a phone interview with human resources. Then I attended an in person interview with a team of editors who I would be working for. The phone interview was probably what you would expect from. I was simply informed about what would be expected of me on the job.

Interviewed by phone what would be my direct boss, then met with him and the department head about a week later. After a few days I was called back and made an offer.
