Great interview, direct to the point questions. Was asked about my experience and motivation level. The job was described to me and I was walked around the department and to see other processes that took place in a very large building. There were two extrusion facilities.

Went well. Met the guy, only talked about the job and my skills towards the job, and that was it. Was a nice change of pace compared to your typical interview questions.
