It was fun, there is no hard pressure that makes me nervous. Even thought the process takes a long time but i don't have any objections because there is no hard feeling
This process was running well and fast on the phone. It was the best way for me because I didn't have to leave my previous office to attend interview meeting. The distance that takes 2hours was also the reason why. It worked well and very clear.
