Phone call with recruiter, followed by HR screen/interview, hiring manager teams interview, three hour onsite panel interview with several people. It was a several week process. Communication was OK throughout.

After the standard HR screen, you are interviewed by CFT members, who will consider how your skills and personality align with Koch Industries' philosophy, PBM. Would recommend googling it in advance. The final interview is with the hiring manager.
Had about 3-4 rounds with different stakeholders. Questions were around experience and related to general saas software solutions. Did ask on database management Also enquired regarding past experience in related or same industry.
