First interview with HR was then followed by an interview with two people that would be a direct supervisor/collaborators in the role. Interviews were bilingual, friendly, and on topic. I felt supported and encouraged to put my best impression forward (it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" me in any way, which can sometimes happen!).
I didn't get the position but HR offered to keep me in mind for future roles that would be a better fit with my experience- they did actually reach out two weeks later about an upcoming role which I appreciated deeply! Ultimately, I had taken another direction by that point.

Colloquio
First phone interview with HR followed by video interview a week or two later with a manager/possible team members. The initial phone interview was more to explain the structure at Moment Factory, do a first screening for my expectations and theirs. The second interview was much more focused on my past experiences and how my skillset may or may not fit in with what the team was looking for.
