After my application and resume were reviewed a 30 minute phone interview was scheduled with Momentum’s recruiter, Joana Carpenter. During the interview Joana and I talked about my qualifications and Momentum’s expectations and training to become a sales associate and she determined that I could be a good fit for the position. She then spoke to the manager at the corporate office and I interviewed the following day and was hired. My 2 week, very rigorous, training classes begin in 2 weeks. I am very impressed by how pleasant and supportive Joana has been. She even called me a half hour before my interview at the corporate office to make sure I had found it ok and to wish me luck. Joana, during our initial interview, reinforced the feelings I had about Momentum being the solar company that I would like to represent !!
