We sat in a group with about 5 other applicants, going through pay structures, as well as some other things. I have heard that they lay people off once they near the 1 year mark, in order to save money. A lot of times these fields work on their hiring campaign to appeal to young, ambitious people looking for an opportunity, and then simply send them off and do door to door sales to create leads for the real money makers at the top.
