My Interview was a validation of my Resume. After going through my Resume of 33years Working Experience in the Power, Oil & Gas Industry, just few question were asked and that's it. Like I said I was on a Redemption Mission after we had individually and collectively contributed to the Environmental Degradation of this Planet through Fossil Fuel and Carbon Emission. I felt it was time to clean up our mess with Clean Energy. Hence, my continued Interest in the Renewables.

The interview process consisted of a pre-interview screening which was phenomenal and very informative. I was given great detail about the position and also tips to be successful in the upcoming interview. The interview with the hiring manager was very pleasant. I learned a lot about the company and position. The information that was given in the questions were asked were very enlightening. Overall exceptional experience..

The process was as expected. We got on microsoft teams call and from beginning to end Luis made sure i understood and grasped everything we discussed. No cliffhanger, no sugarcoating, just honesty and professionalism.
