Sat down with regional manager and was asked about prior sales experience and explained prior roles that I had held in the field. The manager explained to me that while the position is very lucrative it has a lot of technical aspects as well.

Even Balack called me and asked me a few questions. Once he determined I was a good, he not only told me what to expect at the in-person interview but also motivated me.

Domanda 1
What is the most important thing to me about this position.
Leans heavily on interpersonal skills (eye contact, body language, conversational skills) rather than past experience. Build rapport with the interviewer more so than showing off your previous sales experience. Have a genuine conversation with whoever is interviewing you.

Group information process about the company structure and pay, then call from recruiter for interview. Then second interview. I was led to believe the second interview would be my final interview before training. The interview was awkward and inconsistent with the information provided prior. I did not like the vibe of him. After probing, I learned that they expect you to be on call for 10-12 hours per day with the last appointment starting at 8PM. You would have no time to yourself. You are 100% responsible for your auto expenses. There are no tax write-offs for auto allowable by the IRS. Without straight answers about time and distance spent in the car I could not estimate cost. It sounded like it would be at least three hours of driving per day with 5 appointments. The initial interview sounded like 2-3 appointments and only very local travel. It could easily add up to 6 hours travel. Your auto expenses could end up being between $600-$1K per month. I asked about compensation structure, and despite being told this would be part of the second interview, he would not answer any of my questions. I felt the company was unreasonable in what they expected, and they were not transparent or truthful. I told them I could not work under the conditions they required. There would be no work/life balance, and despite the very high pay they say you would make, The inconsistencies between info session, initial interview and second interview was suspect, and demands on my time and out-of pocket expenses were more than I was willing to do. I declined going further in the process.
