It began with a phone call which I thought went well. Basic questions of what I’ve done in the past and if I feel I would be able to do this job. Spencer, my recruiter, and I seemed to vibe and he thought I was ready for the second part . So we had a zoom call after where he explained more about both the position and what can happen after training. Again we were on the same page with a lot and I remember being asked if I think this is a job I can do. So after the offer was made I accepted and wanted to hear more about the position. Spencer and I have atleast texted or called many times since the interView process and ye has helped me with the script and anything else I have asked.

Kevin did an amazing job at explain what my position is and about, and how everything works especially with the commission and base pay as well as all the benefits that are included.
