I had my initial contact with Brandy who absolutely AMAZING! We texted a few times back and forth and scheduled out a time to talk. Conversation was familiar and vibes were great from the start. She was able to relate with me on a few things and understand what I was looking in a company. Day later I spoke with Micheal and yet again I felt good vibes. Brandy checked up on me after the call to make share everything went well where I expressed my want for the position and she put me back in touch with Micheal who reached out to me that evening. Call went well and I was told Chad would be available next day to discuss further with me. Brandy again checked up on me! After an amazing conversation with Chad that I’m not gonna lie I was nervous for Brandy checked up on me again. The most important thing a company has to offer is culture; for me. Not all work places understand that but I didn’t get that vibe here. Brandy made me feel comfortable with the process and always kept me informed of what was next.
